How long will my order take?
Normally for all products shown on our website we have stock in our stores. Therefore, once the order is processed, the delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for the peninsula. In orders sent outside the peninsula or export, the delivery time will be indicated particularly once the order is placed.
Where are wood products manufactured?
All our products are produced in our factory in Maria de Huerva, Zaragoza, Spain

Yes, as long as the return conditions are met.
How can I start buying?
In order to place orders through our website, it is first of all necessary to contact us, where you must provide us with all your information. Next, we will register you in our system and assign you a client code. Finally, we will provide you with your access data to the customer area of our website so that you can place orders and purchases.
What are the conditions of transport?
In the peninsula, for orders over 200 EUR the shipping costs are FREE. If this amount is not exceeded, we charge 10.50 EUR on the invoice or we send it to you due. Outside of peninsula or export, it will be indicated particularly.
Is there a discount on the indicated price?
By placing the order through our website we always apply by default a 2% discount. In addition, we also apply discounts according to the amount of the order.
Are customized products manufactured?
Yes, it only has to provide us with the characteristics of the product and the quantity to be manufactured. In the event that it is viable, we will inform you of the price and delivery conditions.
Do you make engravings or markings on the products?
No, we provide the materials but we do not mark.
Do the prices include taxes?
The prices shown on this website do not include VAT.
What is the form of payment?
For new clients, the payment method is by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
